Description

Make a bold statement with the Electricity Rug, an irregular-shaped, hand-tufted piece that captures the raw energy and elegance of moving water. Featuring a deep blue base crafted from a luxurious blend of wool and viscose, this rug evokes the depth and mystery of the ocean.

Free-flowing white lines ripple across the surface, symbolizing the natural movement of water and the dynamic surge of electric currents. The contrast between the rich, inky base and the crisp lines creates a striking visual rhythm, perfect for modern interiors seeking a touch of organic abstraction.

With its textural richness, irregular silhouette, and water-inspired motif, the Current Flow Rug serves as both artwork and floor covering—a grounding piece with a sense of movement and energy.

Return policy

Due to the specialised nature of our products, this product cannot be returned once sold as per our return policy. All rugs are handmade and may vary ever-so-slightly in colour due to dyeing batches. This is not a manufacturing defect.

Please make a video while opening the package to declare damage or missing items. To be eligible for the same, the items must be unused, packed in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Care & Repair

To ensure a long lifespan for your rug, please note the following instructions:

1. Regular Maintenance
Vacuuming: Use a vacuum with a beater bar on a low setting or a suction-only vacuum to remove dirt and dust. Vacuum regularly—once a week is ideal.

Spot Cleaning: For spills, blot (don't rub) the area with a clean, dry cloth. Use a mild detergent diluted in water and a soft cloth to treat stains. Always test in a small area first.

Rotate Regularly: To ensure even wear, rotate your rug every few months.

2. Deep Cleaning

Professional Cleaning: Have your tufted rug professionally cleaned every 1-2 years, depending on foot traffic and exposure to dirt.

Avoid Water: Excessive water can damage the backing and fibers. If using water for cleaning, ensure to dry the rug thoroughly afterward.

3. Care Tips

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure can fade colors. If possible, use curtains or blinds to limit direct sunlight.

Use a Rug Pad: A non-slip rug pad can help prevent slipping and reduce wear on the rug's backing.

Address Odors: Sprinkle baking soda on the rug, let it sit for a few hours, and then vacuum it up to neutralize odors.

Keep Away from Pets: If possible, keep pets off the rug to prevent damage from claws or accidents.

4. Storage

Clean First: Make sure it’s clean and completely dry.

Roll, Don’t Fold: Roll it up to prevent creases.

Store Flat: Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

By following these care instructions, your rug will remain beautiful and functional for years to come. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
