Due to the specialised nature of our products, this product cannot be returned once sold as per our return policy. All rugs are handmade and may vary ever-so-slightly in colour due to dyeing batches. This is not a manufacturing defect.
Please make a video while opening the package to declare damage or missing items. To be eligible for the same, the items must be unused, packed in the original packaging and in the same condition.

1. Regular Maintenance
Vacuuming: Use a vacuum with a beater bar on a low setting or a suction-only vacuum to remove dirt and dust. Vacuum regularly—once a week is ideal.
Spot Cleaning: For spills, blot (don't rub) the area with a clean, dry cloth. Use a mild detergent diluted in water and a soft cloth to treat stains. Always test in a small area first.
